WOOYOUNG will not be participating in ATEEZ‘s upcoming activities in Japan due to an ankle injury, according to a statement from KQ Entertainment.
After having to stop performing at the second Japanese concert of « THE FELLOWSHIP: BREAK THE WALL » ANCHOR IN JAPAN » in Tokyo due to an ankle injury, the group’s agency has announced that WOOYOUNG will not be participating in the upcoming events, including « THE DANCE DAY LIVE 2023 » and « KCON JAPAN 2022 ».
Indeed, after having performed seated during the last three « Anchor » concerts, it was decided that WOOYOUNG will not participate in the following activities of the group to fully recover from this injury.
Finally, ATEEZ will be attending « THE DANCE DAY LIVE 2023 », which will take place at the Nippon Budokan in Tokyo on May 11 and 12.
