Group STAYC will join the summer comeback competition.
On July 17, its agency Hi-Up Entertainment stated, “STAYC is working hard to prepare the album with the aim of releasing it on August 16.”
STAYC’s comeback comes about six months after its fourth single “TEDDY BEAR” released in February. At that time, STAYC had been highly praised for its brilliant melody and spot-on choreography such as “Bear Dance,” and the group established itself as a representative of the fourth generation by topping the top of various music charts and music shows.
Moreover, after “Stereotype”, “Asap” surpassed 100 million streams on Spotify with just one song. In addition, the first mini album “STEREOTYPE”, the second mini album “YOUNG-LUV” and the second single “STAYDOM”, have exceeded 100 million streams, proving its powerful power as a sound source.
STAYC, which shows steady growth in every album with the single group color called “Teen Fresh,” will return with an upgraded look thanks to this comeback.
