LISA, a member of girl group BLACKPINK, finished her first performance at “Crazy Horse” in Paris, France.
LISA was the first K-pop artist to take the stage of “Crazy Horse”, well known for its French cabaret show, on September 28.
On stage, LISA appeared with a hat and dancers wearing wigs, attracting attention.
LISA was seen wearing a top and performing on stage without taking it off. Notably, members ROSE and JISOO also attended the show in person, expressing their loyalty as colleagues.
LISA is scheduled to perform five times on the “Crazy Horse” stage until September 30.
The “Crazy Horse” is well known as one of the three French cabaret shows that followed the “Moulin Rouge” and the “Lido”. Although France can boast of its tradition and authority, there is also a view that extreme exposure of female dancers and lewd nude shows fuel the controversy over sexual merchandising. The “Crazy Horse” show was also performed in Korea in 2015 and was deemed prohibited for teenagers.
LISA said on social media ahead of her first performance at “Crazy Horse“: “I can’t wait for it to finally happen! I’ll see you soon,” he said.
LISA has recently attracted attention in many ways due to the issue of her contract renewal with her agency YG Entertainment. LISA was not accompanied by YG Entertainment staff when she left for Paris on the 24th, thus emphasizing the non-renewal of her contract.
