Meet JUNE (Kim Junhoe) in a new drama released this month on Netflix and Channel A.
“Marry YOU” follows the story of Jung Hana (Jo Soo Min), a government official tasked with promoting marriage despite her skepticism on the subject, is sent to a rural area as part of her job. She is confronted by a bachelor (Lee Yi Kyung) who runs away from the government agency, refusing to marry anyone.
This romantic comedy is currently receiving very good reviews from the public, the surprise being that the series is being added to the Netflix catalog as soon as it is released, without being a direct creation of the platform. The series explores societal pressures and modern relationships in a light-hearted way,
iKONICS (the name given to fans of the iKON group) will be delighted to discover JUNE, playing one of the main roles: the marriage director.
The only downside for some audiences is that Netflix is not currently listing it in its drama catalog. We’ll have to be patient and keep our fingers crossed, or find other distribution channels.
In any case, JUNE continues to evolve as an actor and soon as a solo singer with his Japanese mini-tour in December.
