G-DRAGON has enjoyed exceptional popularity and success across all recent music platforms.
G-DRAGON’s “Too bad (Feat. Anderson. Paak)” topped Genie Music’s weekly chart in the second week of March (March 6-12). “Too bad” was the most popular track, holding the top spot on the real-time chart for 167 hours in the second week of March and remaining at the top of the daily chart for seven days.
G-DRAGON’s “Too bad” is a sophisticated hip-hop track that blends addiction with the performance of American singer-songwriter and drummer Anderson. “Too bad” also topped Genie’s daily chart for 15 consecutive days following the album’s release. “Home sweet home (Feat. Taeyang & Daesung),” released in November, also garnered attention by remaining at the top of Genie’s daily chart for 70 days.
At the same time, it was analyzed that the popularity of G-DRAGON’s new tracks, “Power,” “Home sweet home,” and “Too bad,” also increased his previous music streaming consumption.
