LEE CHAN WON captured “shining” moments in a series of concept photos.
On October 1 and 6, LEE CHAN WON released additional concept photos for his second studio album “찬란(燦爛)” on his official social media, heightening excitement around his comeback.
In the third concept photo released on October 1, LEE CHAN WON wears a layered shirt and sweater, exuding palpable softness. Bathed in natural light, he draws attention with a warm smile and relaxed gaze, conveying his comforting visuals and gentle warmth amid a lush green landscape.
The fourth concept photo, released on October 6, shows him in front of a vintage amusement park and carousel. He wears a brown jacket with a tie and a muted-tone tracker jacket, creating a cozy autumnal vibe. The scene evokes nostalgia for an old memory, blending youthful purity with mature masculinity in a unique atmosphere.
The second studio album “찬란(燦爛)” contains 12 tracks, including the title track “오늘은 왠지“, as well as “낙엽처럼 떨어진 너와 나”, “첫사랑”, “엄마의 봄날”, “나의 오랜 여행”, and “빛나는 별”. LEE CHAN WON explores genres ranging from country pop to ballad, euro dance, soft rock, and jazz, delivering messages of comfort, confession, memories, and hope through his warm voice. Contributions from iconic producers such as Jo Youngsoo, Roy Kim, Kim Eana, Locoberry, Lee Yujin, Han Gil, Five Talents, and Lee Kyuhyung elevate the album’s quality.
After releasing various teasers, including concept photos and the tracklist, LEE CHAN WON engaged more closely with fans on October 3 through the content “RANDOM MISSION”. This concept involves drawing promotional missions to complete within a limited time, with a short-form challenge imposed if failed during the music show period. For his first mission “MUSIC SHOW ENDING FAIRY”, he announced he would choose the final pose from the five fan comments with the most likes, adding a special dimension to his promotion and heightening anticipation for his comeback.
The second studio album “찬란(燦爛)”, which narrates LEE CHAN WON’s sparkling musical journey, will be released on October 20 at 6 PM KST on all major music platforms.
