On November 11th, a production presentation of the film “탄생 (Birth)” (director Park Heung Sik) was held at the Sejong S Theater of the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts in Jongno-gu, Seoul. (Full conference HERE)

That day, LEE HOWON declared: “I am a non-religious person“, because several questions, upon reading the script, arose from the fact that the Joseon dynasty was attached to Confucianism, and that there had to be accepted Catholicism.

LEE HOWON said:

“Because I have no religion, I was rather curious about this job and wanted to do it”,

The work “탄생 (Birth)” is the first film depicting the birth process of young man Kim Dae Gun as Father Kim Dae-gun Andrea, starring Yoon Si Yoon, Ahn Sung Ki, Lee Moon Sik and Jung Yoo Mi. The production will launch at the end of November and will be released in November of next year.
