The music snack movie “Back! Stage” (directed by Bang Sung Joon), which continues to gain momentum thanks to enthusiastic audience response and word of mouth, is releasing the music video for the song “Spotlight,” which closes out the film, along with a behind-the-scenes making-of video from the shoot.

The making-of video, released on August 22 at 10 a.m. KST, shows a warm atmosphere on set, contrasting with the tension that fills the film’s backstage scenes. It features the four members of the band “Orange Taxi Club”: Giseok (Yunho), Myeong-o (Bae Jaeyoung), Yuwon (Lee Chanwoo), and Seonghwan (Kim Eunho).
The video highlights various moments: Giseok and Yuwon, usually at odds, appearing together in a friendly shot; Seonghwan joking, “Yuwon is really kind,” bringing laughter; YUNHO cheering “Fighting!” with the members in front of a coffee truck gifted by ATEEZ’s Seonghwa; and Giseok filming a fight scene against another band.
Most notably, the making-of of the “Spotlight” stage, where “Orange Taxi Club” reunites after overcoming their conflicts, delivers on-stage tension and presence on par with a live performance. The focused expressions of the cast and Giseok’s vocals create a powerful sense of immersion.
YUNHO, making his screen debut, shared:
“These past two days have felt like a dream, I was truly happy. I learned so much working with the actors, and the director took great care of us, which allowed us to film wonderfully.”
Later that day, at 2 p.m. KST, the music video for the final scene, featuring Giseok passionately singing “Spotlight” as “Orange Taxi Club” comes together again on stage, was released. The MV heightens the emotion of the track while showcasing YUNHO’s serious charm as he shifts between acting and singing. “Back! Stage” was filmed entirely on an iPhone 16 Pro, with the MV produced in the same way.

For reference, “Back! Stage” tells the story of Giseok, who gets an urgent call from the band that kicked him out two years earlier, asking him to step in as their vocalist just before a concert. The film premiered on August 18 across 19 CGV theaters in Korea.
