MONSTA X’s KIHYUN and I.M celebrated their 100th anniversary as hosts.
KIHYUN and I.M joined Naver NOW’s “Late Night Idol” on the afternoon of January 21st.
Since it was the 100th episode that day, the two artists received enthusiastic responses from global MONBEBE (fan club name) following their appearance in black suits. KIHYUN and I.M, who exude a warm and sexy masculinity, began to seriously reflect on their memories of “Late Night Idol.”
In particular, the sections prepared for the two young men, from listening to why fans became fans of KIHYUN and I.M to “Flash 100,” reminiscing about the best moments of “Late Night Idol,” and messages Surprise audios from the production team watching each episode were also significant.
KIHYUN and I.M, who opened the new season of “Late Night Idol” on September 6th, 2021, have been active as hosts in charge of late-night weekday hours from Monday to Friday. Among the hosting skills the two hosts possess, their unique sense of hospitality, pleasant quick response, and their own chemistry was enough to bring many performers to the fore and fill the “Late Night Idol” show.
KIHYUN and I.M didn’t miss a warm communication by reading the messages sent by fans in advance. In particular, starting with Kim Kyung-ho’s “나를 슬프게 하는 사람들“, the two boys sang short live snippets like Exhibition “취중진담“, Sung Si-kyung “거리에서“, DAY6 “예뻤어” captivating the viewers’ ears.
Even though it was a new challenge as hosts, the two managed to show their presence as suitable hosts for “Late Night Idol.” Thanks to their agency Starship Entertainment, KIHYUN and I.M still remember when they were nervous the day “Late Night Idol” first aired.
“Thank you to everyone who has been with us so far. We would like to take responsibility for the late-night hours of viewers who continue to enjoy “Late Night Idol.” Please look forward to it in the future”,
“Late Night Idol,” featuring KIHYUN and I.M, airs Monday through Friday at 10 p.m. on Naver Now.
