SEVENTEEN: A tour that gets off to a strong start

Group SEVENTEEN (S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, The8, Mingyu, Dokyeom, Seungkwan, Vernon, Dino) made a splendid North American tour debut.

SEVENTEEN held a world tour “SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [BET THE SUN]” at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, Canada on August 10 (local time), and had a meaningful time with local fans.

The “BET THE SUN” North American tour takes place after about two and a half years after the “ODE TO YOU” world tour held in eight cities in the United States in January 2020, and SEVENTEEN will meet fans in 12 cities in the United States and Canada.

During the Vancouver performance that day, SEVENTEEN opened with “Hot” in a direction that seemed to face the huge sun, and provided explosive energy from the start to “March” and “Hit.” They then performed “Rock with you“, JOSHUA and VERNON’s duet song “2 minus 1“, and showed their sweet but intense charm with the performance team “Moonwalker”, “Wave”, the vocal team “Come to me“, and “Imperfect love” and “Back it up” and “Gam3 bo1” from the hip-hop team.

SEVENTEEN then showed off the aspect of the “performance master” as a scene that transcends various genres such as “Mansae,” “Left & right,” “Very nice,” “Shadow,” and “Crush.” In response, the audience filled the concert hall with warm applause, cheers and chorus singing.

SEVENTEEN said:

SEVENTEEN finally introduced the performances of the new songs “_world” and “Darl+ing” added to the North American tour tracklist, and presented special memories to local fans with encore scenes such as “Our dawn is hotter than day“, “Snap Shoot” and “Very nice.”

SEVENTEEN will continue their tour of North America through the “BET THE SUN” world tour in Seattle on the 12th, Oakland on the 14th, Los Angeles on the 17th, Houston on the 20th, Fort Worth on the 23rd, Chicago on the 25th, Washington, D.C. on the 30th , Belmont Park on September 1, Toronto on September 3 and Newark on September 6, until the end of the year.
