AIVAN : We wish him the best for his birthday!
Today, November 17th, 2022, AIVAN is celebrating his 31st birthday and we wish him an amazing day! Since it’s also the end of the year, it’s the perfect timing to look back at his activities in 2022.
AIVAN is a singer, producer, and musician from Evermore Entertainment. He was born on December 17th, 1997 in South Korea but he was mostly raised in Canada where he grew up in a musical environment and quickly started to dream about becoming a singer.
He officially made his debut on July 5th, 2018, with the single « TELL THE WORLD ».

With two covers, a concert, and a collaboration, 2022 was again a year under the sign of music for AIVAN.
AIVAN Cover Airline
The AIVAN Cover Airline project started on July 22nd, 2020, with « Sana » a cover of the Filipino artist I BELONG TO THE ZOO. It was the first of a long list of songs from around the world. For each one, the artist was singing in the original language and taking care of the musical arrangements to give them a unique color, characteristic of his musical universe.
This year, Colombia was in the spotlight with a cover of « Sobrio » by MALUMA.
And also a cover of « Tacones Rojos » de SEBASTIÁN YATRA.
Collaborating with Kim Jong Hyeon
Most known as JR, a former member of NU’EST, Kim Jong Hyeon is now an artist under Evermore Music.
He made his solo debut in November with the release of his mini-album « MERIDIEM ». Two songs in the mini-album were produced and written in collaboration with AIVAN. It’s « décalcomanie (반가워) (feat. MRCH) » and « to.(&U) ».
The first one has a hip-hop sound and the other sounds more like an indie folk song.
A festival
AIVAN was in the Gyeonggi Indie Music Festival 2022. It’s a music festival in Seoul inviting independent artists to perform on stage.
To promote the festival, he appeared in a music video with other artists.
AIVAN is a talented singer, producer, and writer who will continue to surprise us. We wish him the best for his birthday and for the year 2023 to come.
