The K-pop girl group TWICE filled the TOKYO NATIONAL STADIUM for three nights last week, attracting a total of 240,000 fans and becoming the first K-pop artist to perform at this venue as a solo headliner.

The concerts, held on Saturday, Sunday, and Tuesday, were part of TWICE‘s sixth world tour, titled “THIS IS FOR,” and marked a new peak in the group’s ten-year presence in Japan, according to a press release from the group’s agency, JYP ENTERTAINMENT.
With attendance reaching the stadium’s 80,000-seat capacity for each concert, these shows crowned a Japanese tour that attracted a cumulative total of 640,000 fans, including previous stops in the country’s four major performance venues.
During the concerts, the group performed its iconic hits, such as “Strategy” (2024), “Set me free” (2023), and “I can’t stop me” (2020), as well as solo songs from each member.
The concerts also highlighted TWICE‘s Japanese discography, with performances of “Enemy” (2025), the title track of their sixth Japanese studio album.
A highlight occurred when MINA, SANA, and MOMO, as the sub-unit MISAMO, performed “Confetti” live for the first time on tour, sparking one of the loudest reactions of the evening.
The closing song, “One spark” (2025), was accompanied by a stadium-wide firework display that lit up the night sky.
Marking the 10th year since its Japanese debut, the group paused for a surprise video tracing the past decade, a moment that visibly moved the members.
“It’s as if we’ve realized our dreams together, one by one, over the last 10 years. Thank you,” stated MOMO.
The group closed the show with “Like 1” (2025), a collaboration between leader JIHYO and the Japanese rock band ONE OK ROCK.
